Handle walk-in, telephonic and online enquiries and counsel prospective students on suitable courses.

Explain course curriculum, software, duration, fees, career opportunities and job roles in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Video Editing and Animation.

Understand each student's background, interests and career goals, and recommend the right course accordingly.

Conduct demo sessions, institute tours and counselling sessions for students and parents.

Follow up consistently with leads and convert enquiries into admissions to achieve monthly targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and admissions in CRM / Excel and share regular reports.

Coordinate with trainers and the academic team to keep updated on course content, batches and schedules.

Support social media and promotional campaigns, admission drives and events to generate quality leads.

Collect student feedback and ensure a positive experience from enquiry to enrolment.

Represent the brand professionally and build a strong reputation for IRGB Technology.

Pay

₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
