About the Role

Edimannickal Gold & Diamonds is looking for customer-focused and experienced Sales Executives to join our jewellery retail team. The ideal candidate should have experience in jewellery sales, strong customer-handling skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements, preferences, and budgets.

Present gold, diamond, and other jewellery collections professionally.

Explain product designs, gold purity, diamond specifications, weight, pricing, and making charges.

Support customers throughout the selection and purchase process.

Prepare and process customer bills accurately in accordance with company procedures.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to showroom sales performance.

Maintain product displays, counter presentation, and jewellery security procedures.

Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales service professionally.

Coordinate with the Sales Manager, Billing Team, and other departments.

Follow company policies, sales procedures, and customer service standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Previous experience in jewellery retail sales is preferred.

Experience selling gold and diamond jewellery will be an advantage.

Good communication, customer-handling, and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Target-oriented, presentable, responsible, and customer-focused.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with jewellery billing procedures are desirable.

Ability to work in a retail showroom environment and follow assigned shifts.
