About this job
Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against delivery challans and purchase orders.
- Assist with unloading, counting, checking, and proper storage of materials.
- Arrange materials systematically with proper identification and labeling.
- Maintain stock registers and update inward and outward material records.
- Assist in picking, packing, loading, and dispatching materials.
- Verify dispatched materials against invoices and delivery challans.
- Report shortages, excess quantities, damaged materials, and stock discrepancies immediately.
- Support periodic physical stock verification and inventory counting.
- Coordinate loading and unloading and dispatch activities.
- Assist in day to day administration and mess.
