Tele Caller Executive

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls.
• Communicate information about the organization’s campaigns, services, and initiatives clearly and effectively.
• Engage with individuals and explain relevant information
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups.
• Follow up with contacts as required.

Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English are essential.
• Good interpersonal and listening skills.
• Ability to handle telephone conversations confidently and professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge and record keeping skills are preferred.

Salary and benefits

• Monthly Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 based on experience.
