If you have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in technical support and student engagement, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.

Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them when required.

Engage with college students to promote training programs and career opportunities.

Build relationships with colleges, TPOs, and faculty members.

Conduct presentations and career guidance sessions.

Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge.

Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.

Willingness to travel for college visits and outreach activities.
