Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the positions of F&B Trainee, F&B Associate, and F&B Executive in the QSR and hospitality industry. The selected candidates will be responsible for customer service, food and beverage operations, order handling, service quality, hygiene, and smooth day-to-day outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide a friendly dining experience.

Take customer orders, process billing, and handle POS systems.

Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely and accurate order preparation and delivery.

Maintain food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.

Assist in food and beverage preparation, counter service, and order packaging as required.

Ensure proper stock handling, replenishment, and storage.

Follow company SOPs, service standards, and operational guidelines.

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Support opening and closing activities, including cash counter and outlet housekeeping.

Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Maintain discipline, grooming standards, and professional behaviour.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

10th / 12th Pass / Graduate.

Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality is preferred.

Freshers can apply for the Trainee position.

Experience

F&B Trainee

Freshers or candidates with limited experience.

F&B Associate

0–2 years of experience in QSR, restaurants, cafés, or hospitality.

F&B Executive

1–3 years of relevant experience in F&B operations or QSR outlets.

Required Skills

Good communication and customer service skills.

Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Teamwork, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

Basic computer and POS billing knowledge is an advantage.

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
