Responsibilities

Manage and process hotel reservations from German-speaking guests via phone, email, and online channels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Provide comprehensive information about Grand Metropolitan properties, amenities, and services in German, addressing guest inquiries with professionalism.

Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests, maintaining clear communication with guests and hotel operations.

Collaborate with individual hotel front desk teams and revenue management to optimize room occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Utilize property management systems (PMS) and central reservation systems (CRS) to input and retrieve guest data accurately.

Resolve guest concerns and complaints related to reservations in a timely and effective manner, ensuring a positive guest experience.

Contribute to achieving departmental targets for conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on promotions, packages, and policies across all Grand Metropolitan properties to provide current and relevant information.

Requirements

Fluency in German (written and spoken) is mandatory, with excellent communication skills.

Proven experience in a reservations role within the hotel or hospitality industry.

Strong understanding of hotel operations and reservation procedures.

Proficiency in using Property Management Systems (PMS) and Central Reservation Systems (CRS).

Exceptional customer service skills with a guest-centric approach.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.

Nice to have

Experience with a global hotel brand or luxury hotel segment.

Familiarity with revenue management principles and strategies.

Additional language proficiency (e.g., French, Spanish).

Knowledge of various online travel agencies (OTAs) and their booking processes.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
