Job Summary

Responsible for providing professional and courteous food & beverage service to guests while maintaining high standards of hygiene, presentation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide polite, professional service.

Serve food and beverages as per company standards.

Set up and clear tables/service areas.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.

Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food service.

Follow food safety, grooming, and hygiene standards.

Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.

Support the team during events and peak service hours.

Requirements: Good communication and customer-service skills, presentable personality, basic knowledge of food service, and willingness to work flexible shifts. Previous hospitality/catering experience is preferred.

Pay

₹15,250.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
