Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
Welcome guests and provide courteous, professional food and beverage service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
Set up tables and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Maintain service standards and follow hotel SOPs.
Qualifications & Requirements
Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Prior experience in hotel or restaurant F&B service is preferred.
Good communication and guest-handling skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
