A Commi III is responsible for preparing food, assisting senior chefs, and maintaining food quality, hygiene, and smooth kitchen operations, with experience in Continental cuisine.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare Continental dishes as per standard recipes.

Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.

Handle basic cooking techniques, sauces, pasta, and other Continental preparations.

Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation.

Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.

Monitor stock levels and report shortages.

Required Skills

Minimum qualification

12th pass; graduation may

Previous experience in Continental food preparation.

Knowledge of Continental cooking techniques and ingredients.

Understanding of food safety and hygiene.

Good teamwork and time-management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and in flexible shifts.

Pay

₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
