Nursing incharge

Supervise and manage the daily activities of the nursing staff.

Ensure high-quality patient care and patient safety at all times.

Prepare and maintain duty rosters and shift allocations.

Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and discipline.

Conduct nursing rounds and ensure proper nursing documentation.

Coordinate with doctors and other departments for effective patient care.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and infection control protocols.

Monitor medication administration and nursing procedures.

Ensure adequate availability of medicines, equipment, and nursing supplies.

Train, guide, and evaluate nursing staff and new joiners.

Handle patient and attendant complaints related to nursing services.

Report clinical incidents and take corrective actions.

Maintain patient records, registers, and departmental reports.

Ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness of the nursing unit.

Perform any other duties assigned by hospital management.
