Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Electrician with knowledge of electrical panels, DG sets, and HVAC systems to manage the day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and smooth functioning of electrical and utility equipment across our outlets and kitchen facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical equipment, wiring, lighting, and power supply systems.

Inspect, operate, and maintain electrical panels, MCBs, MCCBs, and distribution boards.

Monitor DG set operations and perform basic maintenance, including routine checks of fuel, oil, battery, and other essential components.

Handle basic maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, ventilation, and exhaust systems.

Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment breakdowns and operational disruptions.

Identify electrical faults and coordinate with external technicians or service providers for major repairs.

Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance schedules.

Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and follow proper lockout/tagout procedures where applicable.

Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies at outlets and cloud kitchen facilities.

Coordinate with Operations and Management to ensure uninterrupted outlet operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification preferred.

2–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in hotels, restaurants, QSRs, cloud kitchens, or commercial facilities.

Practical knowledge of electrical panels, DG sets, and HVAC systems.

Ability to identify faults, perform basic repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance.

Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and maintenance tools.

Willingness to travel between company outlets as required.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Able to work independently and support multiple outlets when required.
