Indus Parking Services (IPS) is an emerging parking enforcement company located in the heart of Gurugram, India. We are a team of focused, determined, and enthusiastic professionals with expertise in managing parking spaces. We can deter unauthorised parking in commercial properties, residential areas, and other places. Indus Parking Services takes care of the entire parking enforcement process and also provide Operational Support to Euro Parking Services.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Finance, responsible for managing financial reporting, MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support the organisation's financial planning and decision-making. The role will primarily focus on the financial side of the business, including monitoring financial performance, preparing management reports, creating dashboards, and providing financial insights, along with supporting certain accounting activities as required.

As an Assistant Manager – Finance, your responsibilities will include

Preparing and maintaining MIS reports for management review.

Preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and financial projections.

Monitoring budget versus actual performance and analysing variances.

Preparing monthly financial reports and performance analysis.

Creating and maintaining financial dashboards using advanced MS Excel.

Analysing financial data and providing insights to support management decisions.

Monitoring cash flow, revenue, expenses, and overall financial performance.

Preparing financial models and assisting with financial planning.

Working with Sage accounting software for financial reporting and related activities.

Preparing analysis of accounts as requested.

Assisting with monthly and year-end financial closings.

Supporting general ledger operations and account reconciliations, wherever required.

Assisting in monitoring accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and financial process improvements.

Coordinating with internal teams and management to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Presenting financial reports, dashboards, and key findings to management.

Skills Required

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, and dashboard creation.

Hands-on experience in MIS reporting and financial analysis.

Strong knowledge and practical experience in budgeting and forecasting.

Experience or a good understanding of Sage accounting software.

Ability to create and maintain financial dashboards and management reports.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good understanding of accounting principles and financial operations.

Ability to keep documents and financial data well organised.

Educational Qualifications

Commerce Graduate/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

4–8 years of relevant experience.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and international stakeholders.
