About us

Masterbatch and additives manufacturer for India’s cable and wire industry since 1969.

The role

Own every order from confirmation to delivery: production entries, billing, dispatch, and keeping the customer informed.

Responsibilities

Make production and billing entries in Tally the same day.

Prepare GST invoices, e-way bills and dispatch documents.

Log every order in the order tracker and keep each stage updated: confirmed, dispatched, delivered.

Coordinate dispatch dates with production and track them against plan.

Confirm delivery with the customer, and route complaints to the technical team the same day.

Update payment status from accounts.

Send a weekly report of delayed orders.

Requirements

Working experience in Tally

GST invoicing and e-way bills

Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets

Clear communication in Hindi and English, on phone and email

Detail-oriented and consistent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
