Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Fleet Supervisor to manage daily fleet operations and ensure the smooth functioning of vehicles and drivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise drivers and daily vehicle operations.
- Allocate drivers for client duties and ensure timely reporting.
- Ensure all vehicle documents, driver documents, licenses, and other records are up to date.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing, insurance, and compliance.
- Maintain daily reports of vehicle movements, duty schedules, and driver assignments.
- Handle driver-related issues and coordinate with the operations team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in fleet management or driver supervision is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage drivers and handle operational issues.
- Knowledge of vehicle documentation and maintenance.
- Responsible, punctual, and well-organized.
