Experience: Minimum 2+ Years of experience as NICU Incharge
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
Location: BATRA HOSPITAL Faridabad

Job Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily NICU nursing operations.

Ensure quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols.

Manage and guide NICU nursing staff and duty rosters.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hospital/NABH standards.

Coordinate with Consultants, Doctors, and other departments.

Monitor equipment, medicines, and consumable requirements.

Handle emergency situations and ensure smooth functioning of the NICU.

Requirements

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Experience in handling neonatal critical care patients.

Good knowledge of NICU protocols and nursing practices.
