Job Summary

Purplle is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Beauty Advisors to join our retail team across Kerala. The ideal candidate should have a passion for beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and customer service, with the ability to recommend suitable products and deliver an excellent in-store shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their beauty, skincare, and personal care requirements.
• Recommend suitable cosmetics, skincare, fragrances, and beauty products based on customer needs.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and application techniques.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain product displays, shelf arrangements, and store visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure proper stock replenishment and report stock shortages.
• Stay updated on new product launches, beauty trends, and promotional offers.
• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain store cleanliness and follow company policies and operational standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum Plus Two; graduates preferred.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in cosmetics, skincare, makeup, and beauty products.
• Customer-oriented attitude with a willingness to achieve sales targets.
• Prior experience in retail sales, cosmetics, or beauty advisory is an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Shift 1: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Shift 2: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Rotational shifts, as per store requirements.
