Furniture Sales & Operations Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and collection targets for the showroom.
• Monitor daily sales performance and operational activities.
• Drive customer engagement, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to team members.
• Monitor showroom profitability and sales performance.
• Ensure proper inventory coordination and stock management.
• Maintain showroom presentation, visual merchandising, and overall ambience.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day showroom operations.

Skills \& Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Hands-on experience in furniture retail sales and showroom operations.
• Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
• Experience in inventory and stock coordination.
• Ability to manage sales targets and team performance.

Education \& Experience

• Any Graduate.
• 5–7 years of experience in furniture retail / showroom sales.
• Prior experience in furniture sales and retail operations is mandatory.
• Candidates with experience handling a furniture showroom and sales team will be preferred.

Pay

₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
