About the Role

As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll be the growth engine of our branch, reporting to the Branch Head. You’ll meet doctors in person, pitch our EMR solution, and own the relationship from first visit to successful onboarding.

What You’ll Do

• Pitch the HealthPlix EMR value proposition to doctors and clinics in person
• Build and manage a monthly sales pipeline in your assigned territory
• Follow up consistently to close deals and meet monthly targets
• Work with the Training \& Implementation team for smooth installation and training at the clinic
• Build long-term relationships with doctors

What We’re Looking For

• Any graduate (Bachelor’s degree)
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable with field work
• Quick learner who can pick up a product and explain it clearly
• Structured approach to follow-ups and deal closure
• Proficiency in English and \[local language]
• Own two-wheeler preferred \[if applicable]

Preferred (not mandatory)

• Experience in medical devices, pharma, healthcare, SaaS or B2B field sales

Pay

₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
