Job Description

Embrish Academy is looking for a skilled and responsible Accountant \& Accounting Faculty who can manage accounting-related tasks and teach accounting subjects to students. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, practical accounting experience, and the ability to explain concepts clearly to students.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Responsibilities

• Maintain daily financial records and accounting transactions.
• Prepare and maintain ledgers, journals, invoices, and vouchers.
• Handle bank reconciliation and basic financial reporting.
• Assist with GST, TDS, taxation, and other accounting-related compliance.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.

Teaching Responsibilities

• Conduct classes on accounting principles and practical accounting.
• Teach topics such as journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, final accounts, and taxation.
• Provide practical training in Tally, GST, and MS Excel.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assignments.
• Evaluate students' performance and clarify their doubts.
• Help students develop practical accounting skills relevant to industry requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Practical knowledge of Tally, GST, and MS Excel.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain accounting concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
• Prior accounting experience or teaching experience will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• M.Com, MBA Finance, or other relevant postgraduate qualifications.
• Experience in both accounting practice and teaching.
• Knowledge of computerized accounting and taxation.
