General Nurse

The General Nurse is responsible for providing nursing care to patients by assessing their health conditions, administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, and supporting physicians in the delivery of effective healthcare services. The role requires compassion, professionalism, strong clinical skills, and compliance with established healthcare standards and patient safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' health conditions and record medical histories, vital signs, and symptoms.
• Provide direct nursing care to patients according to their individual needs and treatment plans.
• Administer medications, injections, and prescribed treatments as authorized.
• Monitor patients' conditions and promptly report any changes to the treating physician.
• Assist physicians during examinations, medical procedures, and treatments.
• Ensure the safe handling and proper use of medical equipment and supplies.
• Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and provide basic life support within the scope of training and authorization.
• Comply with facility policies, professional nursing standards, and applicable healthcare regulations.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
