Accountant cum Cashier

Masafi Restaurant is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Captain Server to lead the restaurant service team and ensure smooth, professional, and efficient dining service.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and leadership skills, good knowledge of restaurant operations, and the ability to handle customers and service staff confidently.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Lead and coordinate the service team during restaurant operations.
• Assign tables and service responsibilities to team members.
• Take and monitor customer orders accurately.
• Ensure food and beverages are served correctly and on time.
• Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the dining experience.
• Handle customer requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and management team.
• Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation.
• Ensure service staff follow restaurant SOPs and hygiene standards.
• Train and guide junior service staff when required.
• Monitor service during busy periods and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure proper billing and coordination with the cashier.
• Report operational issues to management.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in restaurant or hotel service preferred.
• Previous experience as a Captain, Senior Server, or similar role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Excellent customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
