About Us

Munkudil is a wellness retreat in Kerala's Western Ghats, offering Ayurveda, yoga, and holistic programmes to guests from around the world. We are looking for a warm, professional Front Office Associate to be the first point of contact for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Ready to handle front desk operations and food and beverage services
• Manage guest check-in, check-out, enquiries, and reservations across phone, email, and in person
• Coordinate with housekeeping, therapy, kitchen, and chauffeur teams
• Maintain accurate guest records and registration forms
• Assist guests of different nationalities with a professional, polished manner
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate when needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in a hospitality front office role
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic technical knowledge of property systems
• Strong form-filling and record-keeping accuracy
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Willingness to relocate to Thattekad, Kerala
