Assistant Shop Incharge

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Shop In-Charge to manage the daily operations of our bakery outlet in Tiruvalla.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day shop operations
• Supervise and coordinate staff
• Handle customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Monitor sales, stock, cash, and daily transactions
• Ensure proper display and availability of products
• Maintain shop cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Coordinate with the production and management teams
• Prepare and submit daily sales and operational reports
• Ensure staff attendance, discipline, and proper duty allocation
• Monitor wastage, stock shortages, and product quality
• Ensure smooth functioning of the outlet

Requirements

• Previous experience in bakery, food outlet, retail, or similar shop management is preferred
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage staff and daily operations independently
• Basic knowledge of sales, stock, and cash handling
• Responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented
