Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically interested ITI Electrical freshers to join our Solar Projects team. The candidate will receive practical training and gain hands-on experience in solar power system installation, electrical works, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation and commissioning of solar power systems.
• Support electrical wiring, cabling, and panel installation at project sites.
• Assist technicians and engineers in daily site activities.
• Handle basic electrical tools and equipment.
• Follow electrical safety standards and site safety procedures.
• Support maintenance, troubleshooting, and inspection of solar installations.
• Travel to project sites as required.

Requirements

• ITI qualification in Electrical.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.
• Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Job Type: Full-Time

• Salary: ₹15,000 per month (during training, negotiable based on company policy)
