Commis Chef/Chef de Partie - PVR Cinemas - Kochi

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes, prep lists, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Mise en Place: Handle basic ingredient preparation such as chopping, dicing, portioning, and organizing the workstation before service.
• Kitchen Hygiene \& Safety: Maintain strict cleanliness of equipment, surfaces, and storage areas while following HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Inventory \& Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, report shortages to senior staff, and apply the FIFO (First In, First Out) method for proper food storage and waste reduction.
• Service Execution: Support the kitchen team during peak movie hours to ensure timely order preparation and smooth delivery to the service counter.

Work Schedule

Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Education

Minimum 12th pass; a diploma or certificate in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts is preferred

Pay

₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
