Commi Chef – South Indian, North Indian \& Continental

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Commi Chef with experience in South Indian, North Indian, and Continental cuisines to join our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Follow kitchen SOPs and ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
• Assist in stock management and minimize food wastage.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
• Basic knowledge of cuisine you are applying is required.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with the kitchen team.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for cooking.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
