Lead Cook- Healthy Cafe

We're looking for an experienced cook to lead our all-electric kitchen and make our signature omelettes and sandwiches consistently well.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the omelette range (including kappa, prawn and egg-white omelettes) and sandwiches to standard recipes
• Prepare protein packs and salads (steamed eggs, sprouts, chickpeas, chicken and broccoli)
• Plan daily prep and maintain the kitchen's stock levels
• Train and supervise line cooks and the kitchen assistant
• Follow hygiene, temperature-logging and food safety rules

Requirements

• 3+ years as a cook in a café, hotel or QSR
• Strong egg and grill skills; knowledge of Kerala flavours is a plus
• Experience with induction or electric kitchen equipment preferred
• Clean, organised and able to work calmly during rush hours

Pay

₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
