Sales Executive / Academic Counselor

Key Responsibilities

• Academic Counseling \& Guidance: Reach out to prospective candidates (students, graduates, and working professionals) to explain program details, curriculum structure, eligibility, and career prospects.
• Lead Management: Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and events.
• Follow-up \& Conversion: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents through structured follow-ups via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email to drive enrollments.
• Fee Structure \& Financial Advising: Guide students on course fee structures, installment/EMI plans, discounts, and admission procedures.
• Pipeline \& CRM Management: Maintain daily logs of student interactions, update call statuses, and manage lead pipelines using CRM tools and Excel sheets.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet monthly and quarterly enrollment and sales targets.

Requirements \& Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Commerce, Communications, or related fields preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, inside sales, academic counseling, or customer support.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Malayalam.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, listening, and interpersonal skills with a persuasive, client-focused approach.
• Tech Savvy: Basic working knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) and familiarity with CRM/telephony tools is a plus.
