Apprentice Pastry Chef

Seedling Bakery in Thrissur is known for specialty desserts made from scratch with premium ingredients. We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our kitchen team.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in the daily production of cakes, cookies, brownies, and entremets.
• Learn and follow recipes with precision, ensuring consistent quality.
• Support preparation, baking, finishing, and packaging of products.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Manage mise en place, inventory checks, and basic organization.

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for baking and desserts (professional training is a plus, but not mandatory).
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends and festive periods when demand is high.
