Executive Telecalling

• Handle customer inquiries related to vehicle servicing (calls, walk-ins, emails)
• Schedule and confirm service appointments for customers
• Conduct service reminder calls (periodic maintenance, insurance, warranty expiry)
• Follow up with customers after service to collect feedback and satisfaction levels
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
• Coordinate with service advisors and workshop team for timely updates
• Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution or escalation
• Promote value-added services such as AMC, extended warranty, and accessories
• Ensure proper communication regarding service status, delivery time, and cost estimates
• Support customer retention initiatives and loyalty programs
