We are looking for an energetic, creative, and eager-to-learn Digital Marketing Intern to join our team at our Kaloor office.

Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will work hands-on alongside experienced marketers and content creators. You will gain real-world exposure to campaign execution, content planning, paid advertising, and performance tracking across diverse client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Content \& Social Media: Assist in planning, drafting, and scheduling engaging content (Reels, graphics, copies) across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Campaign Execution: Support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of social media ads and Meta Lead Ads.
• Copywriting: Draft simple, direct, and persuasive ad copies, captions, and outreach messages.
• On-Site Shoot Assistance: Assist with content shoots, talking-head videos, and behind-the-scenes footage when required.
• Reporting \& Analytics: Track daily/weekly campaign performance metrics and help prepare performance summaries.
• Research: Stay updated with current social media trends, viral audio, and digital marketing tools to bring fresh ideas to client strategy meetings.

Requirements \& Skills

• Strong interest in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
• Basic understanding of platforms like Instagram, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and LinkedIn.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Ability to work full-time on-site at our Kaloor office (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Prior experience, coursework, or personal portfolio/projects in digital marketing is a plus (but not mandatory).
