Social Media Intern

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Support the social media team in developing and maintaining content calendars.
• Create basic social media posts, stories, reels, and captions in line with brand guidelines.
• Research trending topics, hashtags, audio, and content ideas to improve audience engagement.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor social media accounts and help respond to comments, messages, and audience inquiries.
• Conduct competitor research and identify emerging social media trends.
• Track post performance, engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing team members to develop creative content.
• Help maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform features, and digital marketing practices.
