Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Placement Coordinator Intern to support student placements, coordinate with companies, manage recruitment activities, and assist students throughout the placement process.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate placement activities and campus recruitment drives.

• Communicate with companies and HR representatives regarding job openings.

• Identify suitable job opportunities for students and candidates.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate interview processes.

• Maintain student resumes, placement records, and recruitment databases.

• Assist candidates with resume preparation and interview scheduling.

• Follow up with candidates and employers regarding interview results.

• Prepare placement reports and update placement-related Excel sheets.

• Support the placement team in achieving recruitment targets.

• Maintain professional communication with students, employers, and internal teams.

Required Qualifications

• Any degree or postgraduate qualification.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

• Strong coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.

• Interest in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, or student placement.

Preferred Skills

• Candidate sourcing and screening.

• Interview scheduling and follow-ups.

• Database management and reporting.

• Professional phone and email communication.

• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
