We are looking for a responsible and experienced Warehouse Supervisor / In-Charge to manage day-to-day warehouse operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete Stock \& Inventory Management
• Maintain accurate Stock Inward \& Outward Records
• Receive and process Customer / Distributor Orders
• Supervise Order Picking, Packing \& Dispatching
• Ensure On-Time Order Dispatch \& Delivery Coordination
• Monitor Stock Availability \& Reorder Requirements
• Maintain proper Warehouse Arrangement \& Product Storage
• Handle Clients, Distributors \& Customer Enquiries
• Manage Customer Complaints \& Order Issues professionally
• Coordinate Returns, Replacements \& Damaged Products
• Verify products, quantities and invoices before dispatch
• Maintain Daily Stock \& Dispatch Reports
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Purchase \& Logistics Teams
• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily duties
• Ensure warehouse Cleanliness, Safety \& Discipline
• Reduce stock shortages, damages and dispatch errors
• Perform regular Physical Stock Verification

Preferred Skills

• Strong warehouse and inventory management skills
• Good communication \& client-handling ability
• Leadership and team-management skills
• Basic computer knowledge / Excel / ERP knowledge preferred
• Ability to work responsibly under pressure
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, retail, FMCG or direct selling will be an advantage

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree.
• Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
• Previous experience in customer service or call center is an added advantage.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)Benefits
