Client Relation Executive
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- understand client requirements and provide timely support and solutions
- coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery
- handle client inquiries, follow ups and complaints professionally
- identify opportunities for business growth and client satisfaction
- maintain accurate client records and prepare reports
Plus two or above
Good typing speed and accuracy, proficiency in MS excel
Good communication skills
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Salary Package: ₹15,000 per month
