Driver cum sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the sales van safely on assigned routes and ensure timely product delivery to retailers.
• Promote and sell FMCG products to existing and new retail customers in the assigned area.
• Load, unload, and arrange goods in the van according to delivery schedules.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as per company objectives.
• Collect payments from customers and submit them to the office as per policy.
• Maintain proper records of sales, collections, and inventory in the van.
• Ensure proper vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and compliance with transport regulations.
• Report market feedback, competitor activities, and customer needs to the Sales Officer.
• Manage van stock efficiently and conduct daily stock reconciliation.
• Support promotional campaigns, product displays, and sampling activities at outlets.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum SSLC / +2 (Higher Secondary); Diploma or Graduate preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales or van sales operations.
• License: Valid LMV/Commercial Driving License.
• Skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic arithmetic and record-keeping ability.
• Knowledge of local routes and retail market.
• Customer-focused and target-oriented.

Pay

₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
