₹60 per additional order above 14 orders/day

Responsibilities

• Pickup and delivery of laundry orders
• Collect customer payments and ensure proper confirmation
• Maintain polite and professional communication with customers
• Handle orders carefully and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with the GoBright operations team

Requirements

• Own two-wheeler
• Valid driving licence
• Android/iPhone smartphone
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Punctual, responsible, and customer-friendly
• Willingness to work full-time

Incentive Example

If an employee completes

• 14 orders/day → ₹0 incentive
• 16 orders/day → 2 × ₹65 \= ₹130
• 18 orders/day → 4 × ₹65 \= ₹260
• 22 orders/day → 8 × ₹65 \= ₹520

₹20,000 salary + ₹4,000 petrol allowance + performance incentives
