Site Engineer (Civil)- Trivandram, Ernakulam, Calicut- Freshers

Job Summary

Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) for Retail Outlets like Reliance, Zudio etc. We design, plan and execute interior and civil projects aligning with brand identity and operational efficiency

Responsibilities

Project Planning \& Execution

Prepare project schedule, work plan \& resource allocation Coordinate with client, consultants \& site teamMonitor progress and ensure targets as per timeline

Site \& Technical Management

Oversee all siteReview drawings, BOQ \& technical specifications

Ensure quality control as per project specs

• Cost \& Contract Management Prepare budget estimates \& track project costs Handle subcontractor agreements, RA bills \& vendor management. Control wastage and optimize material + manpower usage

• Safety, Compliance \& Reporting- Ensure compliance with HSE, labor laws \& company policies. Conduct safety meetings \& toolbox talks. Submit daily/weekly/monthly progress reports

• Team Leadership- Manage site engineers, supervisors \& manpower

Freshers or experienced from B TECH ELECTRICAL \& CIVIL ENGINEERS, Diploma Graduates also welcome
