QA & Project Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA \& Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in both software quality assurance and project coordination.

The candidate will work closely with developers, designers, project leads, and other team members to ensure that projects are delivered with good quality, within timelines, and according to requirements.

What You Will Work On

Quality Assurance

• Understand project requirements and expected functionality.
• Perform functional, UI, usability, and regression testing of websites and applications.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues.
• Prepare and maintain test cases and test scenarios.
• Re-test fixes and ensure issues are properly resolved.
• Perform basic cross-browser and responsive testing.
• Verify that the final product meets the required specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate testing findings clearly with the development team.

Project Coordination

• Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities.
• Follow up with team members on assigned tasks and deadlines.
• Maintain project trackers, task lists, and status updates.
• Coordinate between development, design, QA, and other teams.
• Monitor project progress and highlight delays, blockers, or dependencies.
• Help ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
• Participate in project meetings and maintain action items.
• Support project documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply; 0–2 years of experience in QA, software testing, project coordination, or a related role.
• Basic understanding of software development and testing processes.
• Good understanding of SDLC and basic QA concepts.
• Familiarity with test cases, bug reporting, and regression testing.
• Basic knowledge of tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar project/task management platforms is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
• Willingness to learn and work closely with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have

• Basic knowledge of API testing.
• Familiarity with Postman or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of SQL/database concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of web and mobile application testing.
• Any academic or personal project experience involving software testing or project management.
