Job Summary

The Showroom Manager is responsible for supervising daily showroom operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing sales staff to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities on the showroom floor
• Ensure customers are greeted and assisted properly
• Monitor floor incharges performance and provide guidance
• Maintain product display and visual merchandising standards
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Support sales team in achieving targets
• Manage stock availability and coordinate with inventory team
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the showroom

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in retail ( textile/showroom)
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Basic knowledge of fabrics and fashion trends
• Ability to handle customers and staff efficiently
