Assistant Manager – Production (ASM Production)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Assistant Manager – Production to manage daily production activities, monitor production performance, prepare production reports, and ensure smooth and efficient mill operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Monitor production quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead and supervise production teams to achieve departmental goals.
• Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Communicate production performance, challenges, and improvements to management.
• Support continuous improvement in production processes.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in Textile Technology / Textile Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in textile mill production.
• Production Management: Strong knowledge of production planning, monitoring, and control.
• Reporting Skills: Ability to prepare and analyze production reports.
• Leadership: Strong team management and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
