Job Overview

We are hiring Field Executives across Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The candidate will be responsible for field sales, customer engagement, product promotion, and business development in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products in the assigned area.
• Visit dealers, retailers, construction sites, and potential customers to generate sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Explain product features, benefits, and suitable paint solutions to customers.
• Conduct regular market visits and provide updates on competitor activities.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth business operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: 12th standard pass or above.
• Experience: Field sales experience preferred; experience in construction-related product sales is an advantage.
• Must have a valid bike and driving licence.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Salary and Benefits

• In-hand salary: Up to ₹24,000 per month.
• Travel allowance: ₹5,000 per month (fixed).
• Incentives: Opportunity to earn up to ₹20,000 per month.
• Benefits: ESI and PF as applicable.
