HR Executive (CNC Machinary spare part Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Recruitment: Source and hire skilled machine shop personnel, including CNC, VMC, and HMC operators, as well as quality control (QC) and migrant workers.
• Statutory Compliance: Handle mandatory industrial regulations such as PF (Provident Fund), ESI (Employee State Insurance), Professional Tax, Factory Compliance, and Contract Labour
• Operations \& Payroll: Manage daily attendance, shift coordination, payroll inputs, canteen facility management, and shop-floor discipline.
• Employee Relations: Address worker grievances, monitor workplace hygiene and safety (EHS), and coordinate training programs.

• Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a general degree with relevant manufacturing experience.
• Experience: Usually 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a plant or engineering setup.
• Salary Range: Varies from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month depending on seniority and company size (such as roles listed across local firms on Indeed Coimbatore).
