Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience in an engineering or machine shop company. The candidate must have a strong understanding of HR operations in a manufacturing environment and be capable of handling employee-related activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for operators, technicians, engineers, and other manufacturing staff.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to understand manpower requirements.
• Manage employee attendance, leave records, shift schedules, and overtime details.
• Maintain employee personal files, joining documents, and HR records.
• Handle onboarding, induction, appointment letters, and employee documentation.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing, salary details, and attendance reports.
• Monitor employee discipline and address employee-related issues.
• Coordinate PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Manage employee grievances and support employee engagement activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
• Coordinate with management and department heads for smooth HR operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have 2–3 years of HR experience specifically in an engineering, manufacturing, or machine shop company.
• Candidates from other industries without relevant engineering/manufacturing experience are not preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of attendance, payroll, recruitment, and employee documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple HR activities independently.
• Must be available for immediate joining.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate with hands-on HR experience in a machine shop or engineering manufacturing company who can join immediately.

Pay

₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
