Job Description

We are looking for experienced and target-oriented Sales Officers to drive business growth in SME Loan Against Property (LAP) and Working Capital products.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, sourcing new clients, developing business through open-market activities and DSA channels, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and source customers for SME LAP and Working Capital products.
• Acquire clients through open-market sourcing and DSA channels.
• Promote financial products, including SME LAP, Working Capital, Overdraft (OD), and Cash Credit (CC).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with SME and business clients.
• Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct market visits and maintain a strong local market network.
• Achieve assigned sales and business sourcing targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduation is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in SME LAP and/or Working Capital sales.
• Strong market knowledge and an established local business network.
• Experience in lead generation, client sourcing, and field sales.
• Knowledge of DSA and open-market sourcing channels.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

• SME Loan Against Property (LAP) – Loan ticket size up to ₹5 crore.
