Position Overview

Dr. Aravind’s IVF Fertility \& Pregnancy Center is seeking a qualified CA Auditor to support financial review, audit activities, accounting controls, and compliance-related work at our Nava India, Coimbatore location.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be comfortable working with financial records, supporting documentation, reconciliations, and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review financial records, books of accounts, and supporting documents.
• Conduct internal checks to identify discrepancies or gaps in financial documentation.
• Assist with internal and statutory audit requirements as applicable.
• Verify transactions, invoices, expenses, receipts, and other accounting records.
• Review financial processes and recommend improvements where required.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate differences.
• Support preparation of audit schedules, working papers, and management reports.
• Monitor compliance with applicable accounting, tax, and financial procedures.
• Coordinate with finance and administrative teams to obtain required documents and information.
• Follow up on audit observations and assist with corrective actions.
• Maintain proper records of audit findings and supporting documentation.
• Handle financial information with accuracy and confidentiality.

Candidate Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is preferred / required as applicable to the role.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant audit or accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and audit procedures.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
