Job Description

Sakvinyl Solutions is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Costing Engineer with 5–10 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and machining.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, material costing, and cost estimation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and quotations for sheet metal and machined components.
• Analyze engineering drawings, BOMs, and customer RFQs.
• Calculate raw material, machining, fabrication, tooling, and manufacturing costs.
• Estimate material consumption, machine cycle times, and production costs.
• Coordinate with production, purchase, and engineering teams for accurate costing.
• Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support cost optimization.
• Maintain costing sheets and quotation records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in costing or estimation in the manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication and machining costing.
• Good knowledge of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to estimate material requirements, cycle times, and process costs.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Salary \& Benefits

• Salary: ₹25,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
