• Maintained books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances

• Prepared monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Managed inventory accounting: stock valuation, reconciliation, slow-moving and obsolete inventory analysis

• Conducted manufacturing cost analysis and monitored production expenses

• Performed budgeting and forecasting, including comparison of actual vs budgeted costs

• Managed accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections

• Coordinated with production, purchase, and stores departments for cost control and reporting

• Handled GST / VAT / Sales Tax compliance (returns, reconciliations, and filings)

• Assisted in statutory audits, internal audits, and cost audits

• Reconciled bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer balances

• Ensured compliance with company policies and accounting standards

• Prepared MIS reports for management decision-making

Supported month-end and year-end closing activities

Education

• Bachelor’s in accounting/ Finance or another related field.
