About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accounts \& Audit Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, GST/TDS compliance, financial records, audit preparation and coordination with our external Chartered Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
• Handle Tally Prime accounting entries
• Prepare and verify ledgers
• Bank reconciliation
• Sales and purchase reconciliation
• GST data preparation and coordination
• TDS calculation and compliance support
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Assist in preparation of Profit \& Loss and Balance Sheet
• Coordinate with external Chartered Accountant/auditor
• Prepare documents required for statutory and tax audits
• Check invoices, expenses and supporting documents
• Identify accounting errors and discrepancies
• Maintain proper financial documentation
• Support management with basic financial reports and analysis
• Ensure accounting records are updated on time

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification
• 2–4 years of experience in accounts/audit
• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime
• Good knowledge of GST and TDS
• Good Excel skills
• Experience working in a CA/audit firm is preferred
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who have previously worked in a Chartered Accountant office, audit firm or company accounts department are preferred.

CA/CMA/CS qualification is not mandatory for this position.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month depending on skills and experience.

Immediate joiners preferred.
